How To Order

Ordering a pet portrait is easy! Just contact me via phone, 315-481-1492 or email [email protected] to let me know what type of drawing your would like, and any special requests you may have. Then send me your photos!

When choosing photos please keep in mind I need close-up, clear photographs to work from so I can include as much detail as possible. If you can send multiple photos, that would be best so I have more reference material to work from. I would prefer that you e-mail your photos to [email protected]. If you cannot email them, please contact me directly to discuss other options.

Most portraits will be complete within 4-8 weeks of placing your order depending on the size of your drawing. However, at the end of the year I get many holiday orders so it may take longer depending on my work load. I highly suggest placing your order around September or October to ensure delivery in time for the holidays. Drawings are completed in the order that I receive them.

Please take into account the HIGHLY unlikely event that a drawing is damaged in shipping, which will require me to re-draw it (at no additional cost to you). I insure all artwork and pack drawings as securely as possible but unfortunately shipping accidents do happen. If you need a drawing delivered by a certain date, I highly recommend ordering well in advance. Thank you.

Please note: At the start of each project, I require a 50% deposit which will be held until the project is completed. Once your are happy with the final drawing, I will ship it when the final payment is received. If paying by check, please allow 7-10 business days for the check to clear before your drawing is shipped.
